solo WORK - DANNY
Danny is a storyteller, writer, actor, film maker.
After graduating in theatre studies from the University of Strasbourg, France Danny set up an actor led theatre company called The Besht Tellers that focussed on storytelling physical theatre. This led to more traditional acting work with many directors including current artistic director of the National Theatre Indhu Rubasingham, and double Olivier winners Phelim McDernott and Alan Ayckbourn . This in turn led to TV and film acting work (including Stan & Ollie starring Steve Coogan and JC Reilly, Entebbe - Rosamund Pike, Daniel Bruhl, The World Will Tremble - Oliver Jackson Cohen, Anton Lesser).
Danny is best known for his international bestselling novel Random Act of Heroic Love which was translated into 21 languages and spent 6 weeks in the Sunday Times top 10 bestsellers. He is currently writing his 3rd novel and working on a stage adaption of his novel to be directed by Phelim McDermott.
solo WORK - DAVID
David is a photographer, artist and film maker.
David graduated in Photography, Film and TV at UAL (formerly LCP). His career has evolved from award winning cutting edge professional photographer into a contemporary artist and film director.
Over a period of 30 years David has won numerous international awards for his original and creative image making in advertising and the performing arts which included album cover for recording artists such as Peter Gabriel, Tears for Fears Enya and Cher, as well as Posters for The Royal Ballet, Opera, Shakespeare companies and Working Title/Universal.. David’s work has been widely collected and exhibited in museums, private galleries and art fairs across Europe, Asia and USA.
David is also part of an artistic duo with Harvey B Brown called Adored&Adorned which creates photographic and mixed media collage meta-portraits including commissions for Graham Norton, Darcey Bussell, Tracy Ann Oberman, Philip Tracey, Bryan Ferry. They have exhibited their unique portraits in Dallas, Italy and London and were recently featured in Vanity Fair Art magazine and their work was sold at auctions at Sothebys and Christies raising tens of thousands of pounds in support of The Terrence Higgins Trust and Women for Women International.
